If I plan on buying my first home (condo/co-op in NYC) as an investment, what age do most finance professionals do this at? I've always heard it's a great investment and to buy it as early as possible, but would 1.5 years out of college be too soon? This would be after working my first full year as an IB analyst & receiving bonus for the first year.
