What's next for L'Oreal?

The death of Liliane Bettencourt has caused a lot of speculation about the future of L'Oreal.
L'Oreal closed at +4.35%, whereas Nestlè, which holds 22% of L'Oreal, at -0.16%.

What do you think could happen to the French firm? Buying a larger stake of L'Oreal would cost Nestlè billions ( $120 billion to buy the remaining 78%, according to Bloomberg ).
On the other hand, L'Oreal has the cash to buy the whole stake of Nestlè, but the Swiss firm, after obtaining >$10 billion for its stake, would need to find worthy investments... possible M&A activities?

What do you think? As a Nestlè investor I just hope the firm sells its whole stake and sets a huge dividend.

I'm curious, how did this food and nutrition company come to hold such a large percentage of ownership in a cosmetics company?
