I dealt with a brokers broker who operated through BCG (Cantor's holding company) for a while, and he told me it was pretty toxic. Also I heard they have some fucked up system for bonuses, where you get stock but you have to stay for a long time for the shares to actually vest or they're worth zilch if you leave. If you have no opportunities, I'd consider them but otherwise stay far away. Just what I've heard from others.
