General convention seems to be 3days (latest a week).

I’m not sure what the disadvantage of submitting late exactly is. If you submit two weeks late hypothetically, will there be a red asterisk next to your name or will you just be counted under a later submission applicant (which will disadvantage you in the sense that offers are rolling basis)? Because if it’s the latter, I’ve seen multiple people from my university (granted they’re considered a super target) getting offers in July

Oop! I think wso automatically synched in a photo from my other social media profile and I thought I had removed it. Thanks for the heads up bud

I thought JPM had a no networking policy.

I’ve talked to a lot of people who have offers from IB to get a feel of the recruiting process but not with current analysts. I’m from a mid tier Ivy League so I’m hoping that plus gpa gets through the screening process since they don’t have an official referral policy process

I am a very non-target school. I did minimal networking -- had focused more on other banks. Prayers got me here -- no joke. Any superday tips? I am a female -- does that give me a higher chance of getting an offer?

Congrats! Not sure if being female would help too much unless you went through a specific diversity program but it can't hurt. Just wondering, when did you submit your Hirevue, trying to see if they are still only choosing applicants that applied very early on
