Ideally, you will score the job before your grades are finalized and this won’t be an issue. However, if you can drop the course, definitely do because a 3.5 is on the cusp of the cutoff for a lot of banks
No impact, banks will not care. As long as your resume was accurate when you submitted it absolutely no worries. You won't even get asked about it.
