1 More Hour Sleep or 1 Hour of Exercise?
Do you generally feel as though you have more energy if you wake up at 8am to go on a run / go to the gym before work or sleep one hour longer?
Obviously not the best idea if you just did a 5am or something but say you clock in at 2am, would you prefer the feeling of waking up at 8 to exercise or wake up at 9 having done nothing
I've debated this one with my co-workers a lot, and here's my opinion: I don't really get very restful sleep after 7 or 8 am, so absent a very late night, I vote exercise with that hour. One hour of exercise beats one hour of rolling around panic-checking my phone every 10 minutes...
exercise once you have hit your threshold of restfulness - if your eyes are closing at work you should have slept instead of ripping deadlifts
