I'm an intern at a small boutique IB. They keep talking about how they need to write a one pager. I know its a one page investor presentation. But I don't know the format or anything as to what one should look like. When I google it, I get so many results I don't know which would be correct (also a lot are blocked by IT)

Your firm should have a template and they should give you a few examples. Ask them.
As dingdong said, they should have a template. It serves as a high-level summary of the memorandum.
Interested in this as well. Does anyone have an example on one? (my boutique doesn't have a template)
Even a 2 person super small operation has templates....look in your shared folder for past work...honestly this should take you 30 seconds to find
See a lot of One Pagers in my work, and I've noticed they are especially prominent for startups. However, you probably won't get examples since all One Pagers (all that I've seen anyway) are confidential.
