1st Year Comp
I am curious to hear estimates for 1st year and second year analyst end of year bonuses. I know they're are going to be down again this year, but wanted to get a feel for what I might make at a BB in IBD. Thanks.

For front-office (IB/S&T/Research) it might be up in the air - probably 60K Salary, 10K Signing, 10-20K year-end (or nothing, depending on how things are going then)? 1st years are all on the same band, more differentiation after a couple of years.
anybody know what a first year associate can expect to make in research?
