1st yr analyst avg bonus
For a 1st yr analyst at a small boutique/mm bank, on average, what can one usually expect as a targetted bonus? I know it varies, but assuming you're a great analyst and your firm does well, what could one expect? Thanks!

Usually they specify in the offer letter since there's the stub to consider. For me, it'll be 20K
Is that for stub? I’m at a similar bank to what OP described and I know my bank pays bonuses semi annually but there was no mention of a number in my contract. No clue what to expect in a month and a half
To clarify, I am also at a similar bank to what OP described. And I may be wrong in that they "usually specify in the offer letter". But yes, for my stub it will be $20K
Depends on the bank. My stub is ~25-30 while Blair was like 35
How many months were these stubs? Thx
