Cowen does some small equity deals. They recently hired a few Lev fin / sponsors guys from Jefferies and are trying to build a debt capital markets business. They’re above Roth Capital but below even Blair, Baird, HW
I wanted to reach out and see if anyone here knew what their e-mail format was. The e-mail listed on the WSO profile seems incorrect.
I would love to learn more about the firm and the various groups. If anyone works at Cowen I would love to reach out and learn more about the bank.
Are you guys separated into industry groups and how big are your consumer and FIG groups? I know you guys are huge in healthcare but how are the other groups like?

Bizarre because I tried that format and it didn't work for two people I had as linkedin connections.
try longer versions of names (Chris Smith -> Christopher Smith) and/or middle initial (Chris B. Smith -> Christopher.B.Smith)
If you figure it out, let me know. I had a ton of trouble contacting them; if you have linkedin premium it might be worth using the inmails.
Try the format FirstName.LastName.
