2021 Best Groups at BMO Capital Markets (New York IB)?

Am an incoming summer analyst at BMO and wanted to see if anyone could provide any insight into the groups in the New York office specifically. Searched the forums and couldn't find any recent/relevant topics. Mainly interested in exits, culture, pay (if any differences). Thanks!

Tbh I interned at bmo and I wouldn't go for the "best groups," i'd go for the groups that historically give everyone an offer. Def look at the diversity or lack of in some groups, especially if you're a "diverse" candidate. Some groups are racist and don't give male "diversity" candidates return offers even if they are qualified. Can't speak much on culture since half the firm has left in the past 6 months but its not great. Metals & Mining is the firms best group but it's in canada. There are no MF PE exits. It's all 85k, even ecm/dcm.
