2021 iBanking Internships

Hello--

Hope everyone's doing well! I'll keep this short. Basically, I want to get into iBanking (M&A) and I'm willing to put my back into it--not afraid of losing sleep or a social life. Please respond with suggestions to improve my candidacy for internships. I realize it will be really, really tough for me to land anything, but any suggestions or alternate paths (path besides the traditional route: Undergrad to iBanking) are welcomed. Info about me is listed below.

  1. College: Baruch College (CUNY): It is a respected college in NYC.
  2. Major: BBA Finance
  3. GPA: ~3.9
  4. Student Level: Junior
  5. Internship: Client Services Analyst @ Top 10 Asset Management firm--I know this is not a relevant experience
  6. Graduation: December 2021
  7. Clubs & Organizations: 2 Finance clubs
  8. Currently enrolled in the WSO Elite Modeling Package (This was so I could put something relevant to iBanking on my resume)--looking to spend the summer developing relevant skills
  9. Will attend a B-school for my MBA (hopefully, at a top 10 school)

Thanks in advance, Synade

well this is just blatantly false. people use MBAs to career transition into banking. internal promotes don’t need an MBA...
