2022 GS vs. MS IBD (NYC) Overall Comparison

I know this is a bit like comparing apples to oranges... However I think there are a lot of minor differences, such as how GS classics run execution in house while MS coverage groups outsource -- lending to junior bankers in coverage/classic gaining slightly different skillsets and experiences over time. As of 2022, can anyone speak to the general differences in these two firms as far as culture, dealflow, exits and even group comparisons. Any color on general attitude toward junior-senior banker relationships would help as well.
