VP in IB - Gen:

People are probably not going to want to hear this but I'd calibrate around flat to last year.  The difference is there will be a lot more volatility with the banks that are in trouble / merged / restructuring which is basically the bottom 2/3rds of the bulges.


So basically what OP wrote is what you think?

The OPs numbers look high to me.  Many mid-bucket first year associates had bonuses sub 100k
