2023 Credit Suisse Steps to Success: Explore
Applied last week for 2023, any news regarding the difficulty of acceptance into this program? Checked on LinkedIn and most people who had it seemed unqualified.

Just got accepted, I think it was relatively selective but Im not 100% sure. We will probably find out how selective it is once we get into the meetings. You say the people who had it were unqualified but since its a freshman program, how qualified can 90% of them be?
CS recruiters are ass, they never follow up. This was a year ago doubt it has changed.

Got accepted as well yesterday. I checked LinkedIn to see those who posted getting in previous years, and meant unqualified as in either completely shitty schools, or had attached resumes that were formatted terribly. Some of the LinkedIn's were a mess too. Just clearcut signs that the admits are dumb as rocks. Even though it's diversity, I was expecting some degree of selectivity.
What was your background if I may ask? I'm diversity with a 3.8~ coming from a secondary target (Ross/Stern/Dyson)
