Lazard LA seemingly one of the most desirable places to be. I didn’t get the superday offer following diversity day, but meeting the entire team in their office was a great experience. Very laid back and intelligent group with lots of interesting deals going on. Not a ton of time spent pitching, mostly live deal execution on sponsor-related mandates. Don’t believe me, check out the older analysts - MD level on LinkedIn. Lot of analysts choose to stay A2A given high comp and ideal lifestyle/culture. I’ve been checking the careers site regularly to see if any spots open up for full time (heard one intern may not be returning FT next year)
I’ve heard similar for Lazard LA from a few sources… has anyone gone through their interview process and can provide insight on lateral hiring?
Any insights on CVP?
