Got the acceptance, they said they would send a follow up today but they haven’t yet

For IBD/GCM I got the follow up email today and was able to schedule a phone screen

You’re already getting an auto superday. They don’t pay you for attending Zoom sessions.
Given the evolution of diversity recruiting over the past few years, I would edit this to say they don't pay you for attending Zoom sessions, yet. Check back in a few more years.
Got it too, def not paid during the zoom sessions but the auto superday is worth it. Also, you might want to anonymize your username, anyone on here could find your LinkedIn in about four seconds.

When are superdays?
Last day of the program. Interviews were in person and around May 25th-ish last year
If you haven't heard back does that likely mean you weren't accepted(currently in denial someone put me out of my misery)
can't be 100% sure but probably. would try to focus on other places for soph SA
