I'm just curious. Considering how grandecole dominates the society, how does m&a even work? Is the eco system similar to south east asian where the rich families dominate? This would be really interesting to know how financial market works on the other side considering london is kinda similar to us.

 

Yes it’s pretty much like you described since there are no spots dedicated to DEI people and a lot of nepo hires, although recent efforts are being made especially to hire women
