Anecdotal but I’ve seen a few people at my bank goto Project Finance or Infra Funds.
Also see a bunch of people go Private Credit, but this is due to our specific product/group, the vertical is Energy/O&G.
I've seen some go to Industrials. Probably some OFS reps would help with that

depends on oil/gas vs cleantech/renewables. although o&g is doing better right now due to policy, it is still much much easier to exit houston/energy if you're in an energy transition group or get staffed on renewables deals. not to say you can't exit energy if you're more o&g, but you'll need to be at a stronger group.
o&g non-energy exits tend to lean on the industrials/infra side, whereas cleantech/energy transition can get you more diverse looks generally speaking.
