2026 grad, payments to ib lateral advice
I discovered ib much later... currently working payments at a bb in nyc and graduated from a target school. I've been applying+networking for ft ib roles since august, but haven't really been hearing much besides cognitive assessments that just started rolling out. I'd rlly appreciate any advice from someone who's been in a similar spot. Is the optimal move to continue pushing through for this cycle or business school? Or am I just cooked for 2027. Any routes people have found success in much appreciated
