There’s a visa category that treats you as internationals, and there’s TN. Safest path is to lateral from Toronto.
What about for internships? Used to be ~20 kids per year from Canada that would break into NY for SA position. Is this still possible? Has the visa debacle from last year died down? Did anything come from it?
