So I've begun the OCR first round interview process on my campus and have started hearing back from places. So far I've been invited to two super days but what's confusing me is the timeline - my super days are scheduled to last three hours long, thats it (I'm not complaining!).
Last year, as a sophomore, I went through a superday and it lasted from roughly 8 AM until 5:30 PM and consisted of around 16 interviews in all. I've read on here normally super days last all day long, right?
Is a three hour long superday a second round interview but not a final round? I'd love for someone to shed some light on this. Thanks!
i've had a one hour long superday. it was 2 interviews and they were 3-1. At the same bank, I've had a superday that lasted all day but was a lot more spread out, I still only met with 5 people total. It really just depends on the bank and on the division
There is actually a more general trend towards shorter interview days. We know whether we we'll give an offer to a kid after one or two interviews...a day long Superday is just a bit silly. No reason to be concerned.
