I've been constantly seeing more and more banks implementing the new 2-year analyst program then A2A promote. I'm currently an incoming first year at a boutique that has a 3-year analyst program. I know it depends on each individuals' goals but just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on whether 3-year programs are worth it or would it be better to lateral to get A2A quicker.
