45-minute M&A Case Study Prep?

I have an upcoming assessment centre for an IB summer internship at an EB in London. One of the exercises is an in-person M&A case study where you read the materials for 45 mins and then present your recommendation for 10 mins, with 5 mins of follow up questions.

How can I best prepare for this? Are there any sample M&A case studies which I should use?
