Can anyone share some insight into this firm? Is it a legit shop? Do analysts/associates do any modeling? Comp?

They look like a decent boutique shop. Looking at their transactions, it seems they have a strong focus on market research / market intelligence companies. I imagine comp is below street as most boutiques usually are. Probably some modeling work.

Don’t know anything about comp/culture but everyone I’ve interacted with there seems nice, and it’s Charlotte so I imagine it’s chill. They’ve been super busy lately. They show me a lot of tech enabled services stuff.
Since you're posting on wso I assume it's not like you have another banking offer. So I guess the question you need to ask yourself is if it's better than nothing / continuing to interview, u can always take the offer then try and lateral later.
