A2A versus Buyside

Hey all, current second year analyst at an EVR/LAZ/CVP/MOE on the west coast.

thinking through career and am familiar with the various pros/cons of either route through discussions with peers and mentors, but wanted to make a forum on it to gather some more thoughts.

Was wondering if any A2As (or buyside associates) could weigh in on their thought process, their happiness with the decision now, and any other advice. Interested in WLB and lifestyle.

Many thanks in advance gents
