Hey - In the midst of prepping for interviews and was wondering what the best way to prep for the more complex M&A questions you tend to get at boutiques would be. I've read the BIWS guides and am not sure if it's enough.
If anyone has any extra resources that would help I'd really appreciate it.
If you know the cost of cash, cost of debt, cost of stock type qs that should be enough
