Close to my first lateral move as Analyst 2. I’ve accrued 7 months of bonus at my current firm, just wondering how to play this back to HR when negotiating? At this level would firms be open to upping the sign-on to compensate for the opportunity cost?
For reference my last year bonus was pretty strong and I wouldn’t expect them to match the same pro rata amount.
