Is this 8 bullet points? Does it take up like half of the page or do they all fit on one line?

Initial reaction is that it looks quite lengthy (although you clearly have amazing experience) but interested to see other thoughts on this as I’ve been considering making my main sections longer as well.

Solid experience and points but would consolidate and refine to not just pour out every deal you've been on, but to only include ones that really add value. You've literally listed 5, and my response (and I would think many peoples') is to literally glaze over them because it's just so dense. Also TBH as a Summer, it's unlikely you've had much depth on any of them (you might have! But I'm making a general assumption here) to necessitate listing so many.

TL;DR cut out the ones which are more marketing-ish/admin-related/doesn't demonstrate a different technical capacity than another one (ex. $60MM at-the-market-offering sounds like setting up the meeting room, coordinating calls, and putting together a gantt chart? don't get me wrong..legit tasks but not that accretive on a resume imo)

I actually consolidated it to 5 from 8.. these were the 5 where I felt I had a legitimate contribution. The problem is I don't really have much else to list for any of them (what I listed is everything I did), so would you suggest I just make the section shorter?

Do you have suggestions to make it more solving an issue? People aren't exactly dying for the summer intern's input on a deal team.. I basically just did exactly the things that I listed there (creating memos and PPT slides).
