Going to be an SA at a BB for summer 2021. My bank has started doing events for the different groups. I went to two and then HR emailed me asking if I wanted to be placed in either of these groups in Feb (regular placement is in April). Have you heard of banks doing this simply if you go to an event? Or does it have to do with diversity? Does early group placement even happen?
