If you find the answer to this let me know, I am really interested in finding a program that will teach modeling on a level required by actual I-Banks, not a rudimentary version.
Banks never create models as detailed as the LBO ones done by PE firms... the M&A stuff is really what they work in depth on in the models... PE firms run their own so one provided by an IBank is useless...
Here's a pretty good one for free... obv missing the operating model, but you build that out on a case by case basis once you know the drivers..

I purchased it in order to prepare for an undergraduate PE internship I'm at now. I definitely learned a lot, but honestly some of the stuff went over my head. I think it's meant more for people who have some modeling experience (which I do not). I just purchased a more basic modeling course from Training the Street, so I'm going to run through that and then try the WSP one again. Happy to answer any specific questions you may have about it, I actually have the book with me now.
