Advice after graduation

Hi so basically I’m about to graduate university with a degree in finance and real estate from the university of Miami. My end goal is go back home and grow my family business(early childhood education) in the Chicago-land area. Before I come  help my parents I want gain some valuable skills that can later help scale their business. I currently have two job offers, one from a small lower MM investment bank(compensation is not great) and a pretty well known CRE company that mostly invests in office for an analyst position. I am unsure what to do
