Advice for a soph

Right now, I have a 3.7 GPA, but I'm a bit worried that it'll drop off to a 3.6 after this semester. Going to really try to finish the semester with a 3.7, but we'll see.

I'm a sophomore at a HYP. I have no internship yet for the summer. Tomorrow, I'm going to hit up a ton of boutique banks and asset management firms and apply to some places, and I've been actively trying to do this all the time. I've applied to the diversity programs, some small hedge funds, etc. No luck yet, but I'll keep applying.

I have a part-time job at Berkshire Hathaway realtors, so maybe I can somehow spin that as investing interest or experience. And I had a short internship at an education start up my freshman year.

So what should I do, just keep at it? Is junior year BB IB possible if I don't get something decent this summer?
