Advice for FT for an international

I posted this in AM but I think the forum might be dead. Not sure if I should post this here, but figured it would be worth a try.

Background: graduated from non-target (semi-target for Chicago) with a 3.7+ GPA. Majored in STEM. Had a one year internship in Asset Management (full time summer, part time fall + spring) as a fixed income analyst. Mostly worked with rates and FX. I'm also an international student.

I've tried applying for the Analyst programs last recruitment cycle and got radio silence. Had a few interviews here and there but kept getting shutdown by HR because they claimed no H1B sponsorship for the programs.

Looking for advice + other places I should look into. I've tried BB and some smaller shops. I know there was an old threat on WSO about firms that sponsored, would be interested if anyone had additional leads.
