Advice for senior non target looking for FT banking roles
Advice for a senior from a non target without a job. Looking to go into IB and worked really hard this fall / winter networking / applying etc. Had a decent amount of interviews but no offers. figured this is the worst time to network / look for jobs but on the flip side if firms are looking to hire the applicant pool must be smaller at the moment. also considering a 5th year (MS in finance) but not sure what the recruiting process would be like coming next year with this summer analyst class’ uncertainty. any advice would be appreciated! thanks
