As someone who goes to a target with heavy recruiting, I can see that the recruiting season is wrapping up although there's still a few places recruiting.
A good possibility for you would be to hope that this spring internship turns into a summer offer. In the meanwhile, keep going through recruiting if your school still has it going on and applying. If you're locked in on banking, then try finding some smaller boutiques around you and reach out to them.
You're not screwed. I'm a junior and the past two years I've found my summer internships in early to mid-April.
