Six months into this job and can’t stand asshole MD anymore. Everyday is torture. Want to switch to buyside or corporate but it seems to be challenging in this job market and holiday seasons.
I have two longer work experiences on resume so don’t think 6 mon is a big deal.

Start networking, recruiting is basically going to shut down for a month with the holidays. Most firms either want to start you in early December or after New Years. It is a slower time generally and you can have targeted informational interviews.

Also start pushing back / putting in less effort. You’re gonna leave soon so no need to drive yourself crazy
