Advice on a new venture

I am a fresh graduate from a non target UK uni and have a year's experience in mid market FDD (Grant Thornton/BDO/Mazars).
I am currently away on holiday and situated in a developing country with huge potential for market consolidation of existing firms.
I am planning on starting a small venture here aimed at micro-deal M&A advisory in the dentistry vertical. Apart from this I want to also offer BD services on larger deals-directly referring targets to larger investment banks.
I am partnering with an existing business owner focused on startup consultancy (valuations/fundraising).
Together we want to cater to this niche whilst being able to transition into an online platform for advising our clients.
I welcome any advice as I am confused on where to start and I understand this may seem silly but I am ambitious and confident that I can get the firm to a fundraiser stage and hire some good talent to further boost operations. I understand the text above may be confusing and I'm keen to elaborate if I get replies - on the thread but pms preferred.
