Advice on Neuromaxxing

Hi everyone, I'm an intern that just started with a sweaty group, and I was hoping to get your feedback on my stimulant stack, which I've outlined below. I want to make sure I'm firing on all cylinders and maximizing the value I add to my team, so any advice is helpful.

I typically wake up and pop a 20mg IR to get the juices flowing. I then take a cold shower to trigger my endorphin and dopamine response, which combined with my first Celsius of the day, starts to wake me up.

On my way to the subway, I'll have my first "brain juice" of the day, which is what I call Muscle Milk mixed with lions mane, maca powder, creatine, and l-theanine.

By the time I step on the subway, I've entered a state of calm focus. I use my 20-minute ride to meditate, avoiding phone use to ensure my dopamine levels are normalized.

After stepping off the subway, I buy my daily 2 packs of Zyns—1 6mg, and 1 9mg.

When I get to my desk, I crack my second Celsius which typically lasts me through lunch. I also put my first 6mg Zyn in. The Zyns rotate every 30-45 minutes.

At lunch time, I'll have my second serving of brain juice, and pop a 20 mg XR. I find that the XRs last me ~12 hours, and because I have yet to finish work before midnight, I always wait for lunch time to pop those.

About an hour after lunch, I'll start to get tired. To counter this, I'll crack my third Celsius. If it's a bigger, more carb-heavy meal, I'll crack a big boy (the 300mg cans).

At 4pm, I'll take another 20mg IR and drink my last Celsius, always a 200mg can.

By 6pm, I find it too late to take an IR or drink caffeine without severely affecting my circadian rhythm, so I'll switch from 6mg Zyns to 9mg Zyns to make up the difference. This, along with my third brain juice of the day, keep me zeroed in until it's time to call it a night.

I'll also take periodic meditation breaks in the bathroom stall and keep binaural beats on whenever I find it appropriate to wear headphones.

Please let me know if there is anything else I should be doing to maximize my brain function. I want to make the most of this summer, and I'm open to any suggestions.

If this is real you should throw in blood pressure medication (baby aspirin will work it thins blood) and cardio protective supplements. As far as stims maybe throw in a lil modafinil or armodafinil and you'll be good

I’m in my 40’s, I’m trying to slow down my perception of time in my mind, by trying to have a newish experience once a week.

That can be having lunch with someone I haven’t seen in a while, to organized happy hours where I’m meeting new people, to traveling to new cities and countries.  Also, learning new skills and languages (just conversational bits and pieces).

Furthermore, taking creatine and lifting heavy (80% of max), has been touted online to help with brain health and I’ve started doing that recently.  I’m doing more leg days, which was an area I prioritized less when I was younger.

Lastly, I’ve been using mouth tape to avoid mouth breathing at night.  First to snore less, but also mouth breathing has been connected to increased dementia and cognitive decline.  Mouth tape is not safe for everyone.

Have compassion as well as ambition and you’ll go far in life. I am interested in digital immortality. Check out my blog at digitalimmortality.com
