Advice Please - Non Traditional Hiring
Hi All
Looking for some advice, I'm currently wrapping up a degree apprenticeship program at a Tier 1.
My current role is in BO/MO, I've worked at the company for 4 years and have a finance degree from a top UK uni (no debt), a lateral move within the firm seems an uphill battle.
Those within are also less helpful when it comes to networking, very low response rates... although I see this as a UK thing - may be wrong.
If anyone has any tips on securing a role in IB or even an alternative path, that would be appreciated.
