Depends on what you want to do.

Portfolio Management would be heads and shoulders better if youre solely interested in finance, and also if the role is on the Investment side of things. Problem is, those jobs are few and far between, especially without IB or trading/research experience. Most likely you would be doing something sales or back office related.

Advisory would be the surest bet to gain real experience. I have seen people use advisory to transition into PE or IB. jobs
