Afterpay & Square Merger Transaction Comps
Hi all,
I am currently doing a model for the Square and Afterpay deal, however I am very new to this and appreciate any suggestions.
In terms of transaction comps, could someone give me some advice on how to find appropriate comparables?

I'd look at MA, V, and PYPL acquisitions (PayPal just announced one yesterday). Discover invested in Sezzle recently. I think Zip Co acquired Quadpay last year too.
