Afterpay & Square Merger Transaction Comps

Hi all,

I am currently doing a model for the Square and Afterpay deal, however I am very new to this and appreciate any suggestions.

In terms of transaction comps, could someone give me some advice on how to find appropriate comparables?

“he is really helpful by telling me what way should I read market news, and I think overall is good. However, I'd wish him can go over a market news with me, but he didn't do that. Overall, it's fine and helpful and learning market news is crucial for me, and I think our academy can put this as a course for people to learn how should we read and how can we articulate that, pitch that during an interview. This should be composed as an offcial course to learn, so I think we can really do that to improve.”

I'd look at MA, V, and PYPL acquisitions (PayPal just announced one yesterday). Discover invested in Sezzle recently. I think Zip Co acquired Quadpay last year too.
