Airline Operating Model

Fellow Monkeys - I am working with a client who has a regional, scheduled passenger airline. The company is fairly new and as such, does not have a true model. I have yet to build an operating model for an airline and was looking for any advice you have to offer.

Does anyone by chance have an example model for an airline? Or even input on the best way to layout the inputs / drivers for the model? Any guidance is much appreciated.

Thanks

Monkey_Bubbles, pure crickets, that's where I come in. Any of these useful?
