I have an interview tomorrow and am wondering if its okay to use AirPods. I have roommates and while I dont assume they would say anything dumb that the computer could catch you never know. However, I could just text them saying I have an interview. Is it a bad move to wear airpods or Should i do it just in case?

I would say that it looks bad not to have airpods or some other type of headphones. No one wants to hear background noise and it is extremely hard to hear people through your computer microphone.

make sure that the zoom microphone is your computer and not your AirPods- sometimes, it will auto switch and then they won't be able to hear you
