Okay, I have an all day interview coming up in the near future.
How many applicants usually make it to the all day interview(a lot, a little)?
What are IBs looking for in all day interviews? I know they are trying to get to know you, but what else if anything?

The number of applicants who make it to a second round (on-site) interview can vary depending on the number of expected hires. My firm will target to bring back 2-4 candidates per 20-25 that we interview on campus. From there, between a third to a quarter will be extended an offer.
so to sum up inhd's numbers:
1/3 * 3/23= 4% chance per each school and if we count the fact that not everyone gets an on campus interview(1/5)
1/5 * 1/3 *3/23 = .08
so less than 1% of people go thru the whole process.
