All interview rounds online?
Hi,
Has anyone who has recruited/is currenly recruiting at a bank experienced having all rounds of interviews online only? I thought this was very rare now given that the majority of Covid restrictions have lifted.

Yes - not strange at all. More convenient for everyone, and this way they no longer need to pay for/facilitate your travel and stay
just seemed very weird to me to hire someone after such a long process without meeting them face to face lol
I recruited for an office that was not in the city where I currently lived. All online interviews and got the role. Moving there in a month.
