Alvarez & Marsal Debt Advisory Team
Hi Everyone,
does anyone know something about the debt advisory team in Alvarez & Marsal? I know that it's a relatively new team that was founded in 2020 but I would love to hear if anyone has any feedbacks on it. I am currently a levfin analyst at a MM bank (Sogen,BNP,etc) in Italy and I would love to move in BB in the same team in London. Do you think that moving to A&M would help me progress to the position that I am interested?

I’ve seen people move directly to BBs before from BNP even from continental Europe (see some folks at Citi / JPM). Debt advisory tends to focus on LMM / MM which will contrast with BB lev fin (where you’re providing advice and underwriting already tbh)
