Am I making a mistake by not pursuing MBA?

I don't know what my ultimate career goal is, but for now looking to move up the ranks in IB, eventually MD level. I absolutely HATE school. I'm depressed in a classroom environment, and I have no desire to forego 2 years of promotions and pay to get into debt. Will not having an MBA hold me back?

If you've already broken into investment banking, there is no need to do an MBA, you should be able to go A-A-VP-D-MD if you're good and nobody will care about an MBA

Be excellent to each other, and party on, dudes.
