Will typically range between 10-15k. Some firms will also give slightly more to interns who sign full time compared to someone who joined full time from a different firm
15k for signing early with Jefferies (if you interned with the group). 10k if you signed on after the early deadline or if you are a FT hire (ie. if you interned somewhere else).

Wells was 10k plus 3k for early sign on for returning interns. These numbers are also gross-up which I believe means post-tax dollars. Are all these other comps being cited pre or post tax because 13k post tax could be essentially 20k pre-tax that is paid by some banks
