Hey everyone,
My group received clearance to expand headcount and we have some Associate/VP types coming into the office this week and next. Our group is small so obviously my input (being the only analyst) is important.
Question: have any you interviewed a potential higher-up? What sort of questions would you ask? Obiviously, I wouldn't ask them to walk me through an LBO model (esp. because I've legitimately asked that question recently, haha).
So far, I'm thinking along the following lines:
- What is your leadership style; how do work with Analysts?
- What feedback have you received regarding your teamwork skills; strengths and areas of improvement?
